Goods are not supplied on a sale or return basis. If any Goods are returned, the Goods must be unused and in original packaging and fit for resale. Returns will only be accepted with prior written permission of the Company. This must be obtained within 3 working days of date of dispatch.
If you are not being entirely satisfied with any goods received, you must let us know immediately and we will endeavour to do whatever we can. However if you have purchased an item that has been specifically made for you, i.e. a custom stamp or furniture we will not be able to accept a return unless they are faulty. The same goes for any pharmaceutical items.
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot exchange or accept the return of items, which have been opened and used
As we purchase all items especially for you each and every time, we will endeavor to return it to the manufacturer or supplier. However, non-faulty goods accepted at the Company's discretion for credit will be subject to a handling charge at a rate of 25% on net invoice value or a minimum of handling charge of £15.00+vat.
